It has always been about the hospitality industry.  Early on as a flight attendant at Eastern Airlines and traveling extensively throughout Italy, paved the way to several years selling Italian wines throughout New York State.    My love of the Italian culture, cuisine and wine was amplified by several visits to Sandinia over the years.  The food is simple and fresh and I came to embrace the "three" ingredient preparation of so many traditional dishes.

My years working in wine sales brought me to Cold Spring where I frequented the previous restaurant that occupied my current space.  At one point, in conversation with the former owners, they said, "Why don't you buy the place?" ..... and I did!  The rest is history and for 24 years, Cathryn's Tuscan Grill has been serving signature Italian dishes with a vast selection of Italian wines at 91 Main Street in the picturesque Hudson Valley Village of Cold Spring.
